Michael Dillon has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Michael has been with Spectrum since 2000, starting as a Senior Engineer and progressing to Vice President Enterprise Web Services. In their current role, they are responsible for the architecture, engineering, and development of Enterprise Web Services for residential, small business, and enterprise products. Michael managed large teams and was involved in designing and developing Time Warner Cable's DHCP architecture and integrating their Service Activation platform with their IoT Home Automation and Security platform. Prior to joining Spectrum, they worked for MCI-Worldcom and Cable & Wireless Communications as an Engineer. Before their career in the telecommunications industry, they served in the United States Marine Corps.
Michael Dillon attended Ferrum College, where they studied Financial and Business/Management. Michael also participated in the Time Warner Cable Executive MBA Leadership Program at George Mason University's Costello College of Business, specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Prior to college, they completed their high school education at Randolph Macon Military Academy.
