Arunav Bose is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a career spanning over a decade in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Associate Vice President and Business Head at Spectrum Talent Management since June 2016, Arunav oversees extensive recruitment operations, managing a team of over 200 recruiters to fulfill global talent needs from managerial to CXO levels. Prior to this role, Arunav held positions at Biological E.
