Payal Daswani

Payal Daswani SPHR possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Benefits and Payroll at Spectrum Vision Partners since May 2022. Prior to this, Payal held the position of Director of Human Resources at iMobile LLC from October 2012 to May 2022 and worked as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at HSH Nordbank from April 2007 to October 2012. Key responsibilities included directing HR operations, conducting new hire orientation, managing terminations, maintaining employee records, and serving as the employee relations point-of-contact.
