Paul Marchand has a wealth of experience in human resources, having held various leadership roles in companies such as Charter Communications, PepsiCo, Merrill Lynch, RiskMetrics Group, Pepsi Bottling Group, J.P. Morgan, and Lord & Taylor. Paul has managed HR for large employee populations, led global talent acquisition and mobility efforts, and overseen executive search functions. Paul holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising, Communications, and Media from Syracuse University, and a high school diploma from Ardsley High School.
