Richard J. Destefano

Richard J. DeStefano is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in digital engagement, service transformation, and enterprise systems. Currently serving as Vice President of Digital Engagement & Service Transformation at Charter Communications since October 2020, Richard has previously held senior roles at Altice USA, including Head of Information Technology, as well as various leadership positions focusing on application development and corporate systems. Richard's career includes significant contributions at firms such as Goldman Sachs and McKinsey & Company, where responsibilities encompassed application portfolio management, data architecture, and team leadership. Richard holds a Doctorate in Computer Science and an MBA in Information Systems/Finance from Pace University, along with a Bachelor’s degree from St. John's University and executive education from Harvard Business School.
