Cheryl Billand

Cheryl Billand has extensive experience in project management and executive support. Currently serving as Assistant to the CEO and COO at Spectrum360 since 2017, Cheryl previously held several management roles at Prudential Financial from 1990 to 2016, including Project Manager, Manager, and Associate Manager. Key responsibilities included managing the annual compensation process, overseeing the development of a skills-tracking database, and coordinating efforts among Human Resource Consultants nationwide. Cheryl holds an Associate's degree from Berkeley College.
