Gagan Bhardwaj

Gagan Bhardwaj currently serves as Associate Director of Software Engineering at Waterfield Tech since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Genesys, where Gagan held positions as Technical Manager and Principal Consultant in Professional Services, focusing on bot development and IVR applications. Prior positions at AT&T and Spanco Telesystems involved technical responsibilities in IT service management and software development for public IVR systems. Gagan began the career as a Technical Consultant at GTL Limited and a Software Engineer at Cybersys Infotech, with early work in ERP programming at Sandhar Technologies Ltd. Gagan holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications from Maharshi Dayanand University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Management from Utkal University. Additionally, Gagan is pursuing an Executive Post Graduate Certification in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence from IIT Roorkee.
