Lance Flores

Lance Flores is a seasoned network operations manager with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving at Waterfield Technologies since August 2015, Lance manages and trains teams to ensure efficient service delivery. Prior experience includes roles at AT&T as a Professional-Network Design Engineer+, where responsibilities involved network design for various infrastructures, and at Cricket Wireless, where Lance held multiple positions, including Interconnect Engineer II and NOC Manager, overseeing 24x7 operations and project management. Earlier career milestones include technical support at T-Mobile and Sprint Nextel, focusing on advanced technical assistance and CDMA wireless technology. Lance is currently pursuing an AAS in Computer Information Systems with a concentration in Network Administration at Central New Mexico Community College.
