Yves Normandin

Yves Normandin has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Yves is currently the Vice President of AI Technologies and Products at Waterfield Tech since November 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Nu Echo for 20 years, where they led the development and consulting services for contact center solutions. Yves also served as an Advisory Board Member at Idilia Inc from 2003 to 2011. Before that, they founded and served as the CTO of Locus Dialog and President of Locus Dialogue. Yves began their career as a Lead Researcher at CRIM, where they worked for a decade.

Yves Normandin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering physics from Université Laval in 1985. Yves then pursued a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering at Stanford University in 1985-1986. Yves Normandin further continued their education at McGill University, completing their PhD in EE - Speech Recognition from 1987 to 1991.
