Dejah Urbanovitch

Dejah Urbanovitch is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and consulting. Currently serving as the CEO of Speechless since January 2020, Dejah has a strong background in aligning organizations with their revenue targets and enhancing internal efficiencies. Previously, Dejah held the role of Executive Consultant at Professional & Personal Pathways from January 2018 to December 2022, after which Dejah spent over six years at Vistage Worldwide, Inc. in various capacities, including Director of Operations and Director of Client Services, where management of large teams and customer service excellence were key responsibilities. Dejah's early career included roles at ICW Group and Starbucks Coffee Company, showcasing a diverse skill set in client relations and team leadership. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in History and Political Science from the University of Miami and an Associate of Science in Chemistry from College of the Canyons.
