John Ridge

John Ridge is the Vice President of Reimbursement and Managed Care at SpeechVive. John has over fifteen years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on reimbursement and managed care. Prior to joining SpeechVive, John was the Senior Director of Managed Care and Reimbursement at Exact Sciences, where they were responsible for implementing the company's managed care and reimbursement strategies, policies, and practices with private and government payors. John has also served as the Director of Global Reimbursement and Healthcare Economics at Ventana Medical Systems, where they were responsible for all aspects of Ventana's Healthcare Economics and Reimbursement plans. In this role, they created and maintained coverage and reimbursement strategies and tactics for current and potential products, served as the primary contact for all Healthcare Economic and Reimbursement related issues, and provided input to the design of clinical trials to ensure the collection of data that payers would require to cover and reimburse future products and indications. John is a expert in the healthcare industry, with a deep knowledge of managed care and reimbursement. John is a strategic thinker who is able to develop creative solutions to complex problems. John is a strong leader who is able to build and motivate teams to achieve success.

Ridge began their educational career by earning a MS in Social Science from Florida State University.
