Alex Dathskovsky has a diverse work experience spanning over several years.
Alex started their career in the Israeli Air Force in 2002, where they served as a Team Leader, responsible for managing a team of 15 soldiers. Alex coordinated work between different sites and had the responsibility of coordinating between the team and the Squadrons.
In 2006, they joined Elbit Systems Ltd as a System Integration and Tests Development Team Leader. There, they led a team of 8 Integrators and was involved in the integration and development of new systems. Alex played a key role in planning new products in collaboration with Board designers and Hardware engineers.
In 2012, Alex joined Rafael Advanced Defense Systems as an RT Systems Software Developer. Alex was involved in planning and developing projects from the base stages and focused on developing high complexity algorithms for real-time software.
In 2015, they joined Axxana as a Senior System Software Engineer. Alex'sresponsibilities included planning and development of projects from the base stages, development of core and application components, and the development of high complexity algorithms.
From 2018 to 2020, Alex worked at Abbott, initially as a Hands-on Team Leader, Scrum Master, and Architect. Alex then took on the role of Software Department Manager and Technology Leader at Haifa's Site, where they provided leadership in technology and managed the software department.
Currently, since August 2020, Alex is working at Speedata.io. Alex first served as a Team Lead and Technical Lead before being promoted to the position of Group Manager and Technical Leader in June 2021.
Throughout their career, Alex has showcased technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strong background in software development and project management.
Alex Dathskovsky began their education in 2011 at The Open University of Israel, where they pursued a degree in Computer Programming. Alex completed their studies in 2012. Following this, they enrolled at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in 2012 and graduated in 2015 with a degree in Computer Software Engineering. After a brief break, Alex returned to academia in 2018 and enrolled in The Open University of Israel once again. Alex completed their Master's degree in Computer Science in 2021, concluding their education history.
