Barton Payne

Barton Payne has a wealth of experience in the design industry, starting with their role as a Designer for Nike in 2004 and Designer II Originals for adidas in 2006. Barton then worked as a Senior Designer at the Winds Group from 2008 to 2011, where they were responsible for line planning, merchandising, design direction, concept design, development, and sourcing. Barton then joined Nike Performance Swim as a Senior Performance Designer from 2011 to 2015. Most recently, they served as the Design Director at Speedo, where they provided creative oversight, design direction, and product consumer messaging for various categories.

Barton Payne completed their Bachelor of Arts in Humanities/Philosophy from Loyola Marymount University between 1994 and 1998. Following this, from 2002 to 2004, they pursued an Associate of Arts degree in Apparel Design from The Art Institutes.
