Danail Danailov

Danail Danailov is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and compliance roles across various companies in the logistics and finance sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director and Chief Compliance Officer at Speedy JSC since October 2021 and as Chief Executive Officer at DPD Romania since January 2023, Danailov has previously held the position of Managing Director at GeoPost Bulgaria Ltd. and served on the Board of Directors at Speedy JSC. With a strong background in strategy and business development from their time at Speedy Group, Danailov also has significant experience in investment management and economic analysis, having worked as Managing Director and Investment Officer at SEAF, as well as a financial analyst and broker at Brno Broker Group. Danailov began their career in banking with roles at Elitbank and First Private Bank, and holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Economic University Sofia.
