Harry Brett-Jones

Harry Brett-Jones is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and visitor experience management within the arts sector. Currently serving as the Global Lead for User Resources at Spektrix since August 2021, Harry previously held roles including Lead Operations Consultant and Client Operations Consultant, where significant contributions to change management and client operations were made. Harry's leadership at Tate as Head of Visitor Experience: Sales involved managing ticketing and membership operations for millions of annual visitors. Prior to that, management of box office operations took place at the Barbican Centre, Europe’s largest multi-arts venue. Harry's diverse background also includes roles in communications training and a successful 11-year career as an opera singer. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Music from Birmingham Conservatoire and a Bachelor of Science in Building Services Engineering from the University of Bath.
