Carlie Matthews

Carlie Matthews is an experienced Human Resources professional, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Spell & The Gypsy Collective since March 2020. Prior to this role, Carlie held positions as HR Business Partner and HR Consultant at Boardriders from October 2017 to March 2020, and as HR Business Partner and HR Coordinator at Retail Food Group from February 2014 to September 2017. Carlie's educational background includes a Professional Diploma in Human Resources from AHRI, a Certificate IV in HR from the Australian Human Resources Institute, and a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) from Flinders University.
