Lee A. has an extensive work experience spanning several decades. They began their career at Harris Corporation in 1983, where they held multiple roles including Analog Engineer, General Manager, and Quality Manager. At Harris Corporation, Lee A. managed semiconductor operations and was responsible for improving cycle times, average outgoing quality, and on-time delivery.
After leaving Harris Corporation, Lee A. went on to work at Kirby Risk as a Machine Vision/Intelligent Sensing Automation Manager. They then joined MCM, Inc. as the VP of Operations/Quality. Following that, Lee A. served as the President/VP of Quality (dual role) at JEM Technologies, LLC.
In 2001, Lee A. joined TED Magazine as a Contributing Technical Editor, and in 2004, they became the Director of Global Quality and Technology at MC Assembly. Lee A. then worked as the Vice President of Operations at LORL Enterprises before accepting the role of Vice President of Global Quality at Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation. Currently, Lee A. serves as the Global Vice President of Operations & Quality at Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation.
Lee A. completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Webster University from 2012 to 2016. Lee also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology, which they obtained between 1988 and 1993. Lee A. earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from West Virginia University from 1980 to 1984. In terms of certifications, Lee A. obtained a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from the Aveta Business Institute in November 2016, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the same institution in May 2012.
