Gina Cook

Gina Cook is a Climate Change Officer at Spelthorne Borough Council since September 2023, following a role as Climate Action and Planning Policy Graduate at Ealing Council from August 2022 to September 2023. Previously, Gina served as a Graduate Sustainability Consultant at Max Fordham LLP from November 2021 to August 2022 and completed a Climate Change Impacts Research Internship at the Zoological Society of London from January 2021 to November 2021, focusing on seagrass ecosystems and their role in carbon sequestration. Earlier experience includes a university placement as a Hydrographic Surveyor at Gardline Geosurvey Limited from July 2017 to July 2018. Gina holds a Master of Science in Climate Change: Environment, Science and Policy from King's College London (2020-2021) and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Geography, Earth and Ocean Science from Cardiff University (2015-2019).
