Chris Kirkby

Chris Kirkby is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong focus on mechanical design and project management. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Spencer Group since October 2013, Chris leads the mechanical design team and collaborates with clients to define technical design requirements. Previous roles include Project Manager for New Product Development and Research Engineer at Tata Steel in Europe, where Chris managed project teams and developed business cases for new products. Earlier experience includes positions as a Senior Design Engineer and Researcher at Corus. Chris holds a Master's Degree in Advanced Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hull.
