Mina Botrous

Mina Botrous has a strong and diverse work experience. Mina started their career in 2001 as an Assistant Manager at Wendys International, where they worked for almost seven years. From 2008 to 2011, Mina worked at Xerox as a Senior QA Software Test Engineer. Mina then joined Paychex in 2011 and held roles as a QA Software Test Engineer and later as a Java Software Developer until 2017. Mina then worked at Sensus as a Software Validation and Test Engineer from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they are employed at Spencer Health Solutions, Inc. since 2019, where they have taken on various roles including Software QA Manager, Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, and currently as a Senior Product Quality Test Analyst.

Mina Botrous has a strong educational background in the field of Information Technology and Computer Science. From 2007 to 2010, Mina attended Kaplan University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, with a focus on Network Administration. Prior to that, Mina attended Monroe Community College from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science. In addition to their academic achievements, Mina has also obtained a certification in Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) from ProTrainings in December 2022.
