James Holden

James Holden began their work experience in 2001 as a Recruitment Consultant for Drivers Direct Ltd. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a Recruitment & Training Coordinator for Tesco PLC, where they managed the administration and organization of a large multinational employer and human capital project. In 2005, they became a Sales Team Lead (B2B) at Tiscali. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Resource Manager for RWE GBS UK.

In 2011, James joined Spencer Ogden as a Team Lead - Natural Resources & Renewables EMEA and successfully managed a team of consultants delivering complex manpower solutions across various disciplines. In 2013, they were promoted to Manager - Natural Resources & Renewables EMEA, where they led Spencer Ogden's division globally and managed their RPO delivery across the EMEA region.

Finally, in 2015, James became the Director - Australia for Spencer Ogden, where they continue to lead and manage their Natural Resources & Renewables Division globally.

James Holden completed their Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Civic Engineering, specializing in Urban Regeneration and Town Planning, from the University of Liverpool. James attended the university from 2008 to 2011. In addition, they obtained a certification in AVCE Information and Communication Technology from QCA in June 2003.
