Max Richardson has a strong background in marketing, with experience in various industries and roles. Max started their career as an Operations Assistant at NHBC in 2007. From there, they worked as a Marketing Executive at Western & Oriental, where they were responsible for online and offline marketing activities. Max then moved on to Adecco UK as an Online Marketing Executive, managing website launches and digital marketing campaigns. In 2012, Max became a Marketing Manager at Rethink Group, overseeing marketing services and strategies for various recruitment brands. Max later joined SThree as a Global Brand Manager, working on marketing projects across the company's recruitment brands. Currently, Max is the Group Head of Marketing at Spencer Ogden, leading the global marketing function and implementing marketing strategies across different regions and industries.
Max Richardson attended Dr Challoner's Grammar School from 1997 to 2004. Max then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Geography at the University of Leeds from 2004 to 2007.
