Miranda McMillan

Miranda McMillan has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in various roles and companies. Miranda started their career in 2008 as a Senior HR Officer at GFI Group, followed by a role as an HR Consultant at Willis. In 2010, they joined SThree Plc as a Human Resources Business Partner, eventually taking on the role of HR Manager - Consultancy and Senior HR Advisor. In 2013, they joined SThree as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they supported 5 executive members and their management teams. In 2018, Miranda joined Spencer Ogden as HR Manager EMEA and is currently serving as the Head of People - EMEA. Overall, Miranda's work experience showcases their expertise in HR management and business partnering roles.

Miranda McMillan attended Dame Alice Owen's School from 1991 to 1998, where they pursued their A Levels in English Literature, Politics, and History. From 1999 to 2002, they attended Brunel, where they focused on Politics & Social Policy and earned a degree in Politics and Social Policy.
