Silke Rose

Silke Rose has an extensive professional background spanning over two decades, primarily in learning and development operations and administrative support. Currently serving as the Global Learning & Development Operations Lead at Spencer Stuart since September 2007, Silke has also held roles as the European Regional Trainer and Executive Assistant within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Procurement Assistant at the European Central Bank, a Quality Management and Team Assistant at SAS Automotive, and a Legal Secretary/Assistant at Sozietaet HKF. Silke's educational background includes degrees from The University of Bonn and Universitas Gadjah Mada, complemented by secondary education at Ulrich-von-Hutten Gymnasium.
