Lenka Máchová

Lenka Máchová is an experienced payroll specialist with a strong background in international payroll processing, currently working as an International Payroll Specialist at Spencer Thomas Group since March 2022. Lenka oversees payroll for multiple countries, including Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, and more, while also creating payroll processes, training new hires, and collaborating with various teams to resolve payroll issues. Prior to this, Lenka held positions at Nike as a Senior Payroll Specialist, ADP as a GV Payroll Specialist, and Accenture as a Payroll Administrator, gaining extensive experience in leading payroll teams, ensuring data accuracy, and stakeholder management.
