About the Role

As a Product Manager you will be working closely with the engineering and design teams and play an important role in building key initiatives for Spendflo. In addition, you will also work closely with leaders across the organisation to realise the product vision, execute the strategy, and manage the roadmap for your area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

Manage one of Spendflo’s product lines Be the expert on customer personas and market problems being addressed by your portion of the product - accurately representing customer jobs-to-do, pains, and gains. Execute the quarterly roadmap and strategy to achieve the goals for the above product

Deeply understand the needs of target customers and partners. Through regular interactions, quantitative and qualitative research, represent their voice to internal teams. Create use-cases, user stories, and detailed product requirements that clearly articulate the problems being solved and desired functionality of the product that shall be developed. Work on product enhancements, partner, and customer requests by using data, sound judgement, and decisive tradeoffs. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and QA teams to deliver Stories in a Sprint. Partner with GTM, Customer Success & Support to capture the essence of customer feedback & feature requests that drives product growth

Knowledge & Skills

3+ years of experience in Product Management. Experience in B2B+SaaS (preferred) Strong grasp of SaaS metrics Ability to create low fidelity wireframes to present solutions to customers and internal stakeholders. Ability to analyse & tabulate findings derived from product analytical tools like Mixpanel & Google Analytics and MS Clarity. Experience with experimenting techniques (eg. A/B testing). Understand the customer journey and have direct experience working with customers/ users. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Experience of agile software development is mandatory. Experience working with agile cross functional product teams.
