Stefanie Damkier

Stefanie Damkier currently serves as the Director of People at SPENDIT AG since January 2023. Prior to this role, Stefanie held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at Salesforce from February 2019 to January 2023, where responsibilities included acting as a strategic business partner and trusted HR advisor for Sales and Solution Engineering at the VP+ level. Stefanie's extensive experience at Infineon Technologies spanned nearly a decade, during which responsibilities included HR Project Lead for Global Competency Management, Global HR Business Partner for Backend Operations and Industrial Power, and leading APAC Talent Management projects. Stefanie began the career at Infineon as an HR Business Partner and completed a Human Resources Traineeship. Stefanie earned a Diplom Betriebswirt degree in Business and Human Resource Management from Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society.
