Tim Spillane

Tim comes to SVN after spending more than 28 years at Jones Lang LaSalle, most recently leading their corporate accounts business in the Midwest. His career spans many different areas within commercial real estate, including running a number of global corporate client accounts, being part of their tenant representation business, founding member of JLL’s Mission Critical Solutions practice and winner of many leadership, innovation and productivity awards. He excels in developing and leading large teams that provide best-in-class services and solutions to clients.

Tim is a passionate champion of inclusivity and has a well-earned reputation as an effective leader and inspiring mentor, always setting a high bar for collegiality, ethics and compassion. He is excited to bring his experience and skills to the SVN family.

Tim holds a MBA from Loyola University Chicago Graduate School of Business and a BS in finance from Marquette University. He is a licensed broker in Illinois and Kansas. Tim is a founding member of Marquette University’s Center for Real Estate, and former member of the Comprehensive Plan Committee and Stormwater Task Force for the Village of Glenview, IL.
