Rafaela Henriques Pinto has a diverse and extensive work experience. Rafaela currently holds the position of Head of Corporate Affairs and Public Policy Brazil at Speyside. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at Prospectiva Public Affairs LAT.AM, where they were responsible for the development of a software platform to monitor and analyze government decisions. Rafaela also served as an Advocacy mentor at Empodera - Transformação Social Pelo Esporte, where they empowered girls to become change agents and develop solutions to challenges they face. Rafaela has also worked at Prospectiva Public Affairs LAT.AM in various roles, including Market Access and Public Affairs Manager, Market Access and Public Affairs Coordinator, Analyst, and Trainee. Rafaela started their career as a Trainee at Prospectiva Public Affairs LAT.AM. Additionally, they have held leadership positions at RI USP Jr. and Associação Atlética Acadêmica Guimarães Rosa (AAAGR), where they were involved in administrative processes and sports promotion, respectively.
Rafaela Henriques Pinto has a Master's degree in Management and Public Policy from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they obtained from 2020 to 2021. Rafaela also holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, which they acquired from 2011 to 2015. During their time at USP, they participated in academic exchange programs at Université Lumière Lyon 2 and UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal in 2014, focusing on International Relations.
