Amy Compton-Phillips

Amy Compton-Phillips, MD, serves as the President and Chief Physician Executive at Press Ganey since October 2022 and holds board member positions at HIMSS and the Institute for Systems Biology. Previously, Compton-Phillips was President of Clinical Operations at Providence from August 2015 to September 2022 and worked as a Healthcare Analyst at CNN from April 2020 to October 2021. Additional board roles include a tenure at WellCare Health Plans from May 2018 to January 2020 and extensive experience at Kaiser Permanente from July 1993 to August 2015, where responsibilities included Chief Quality Officer for The Permanente Federation. Compton-Phillips received a Bachelor's degree in Biology from The Johns Hopkins University and an MD from the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
