Hayden Hamilton

Hayden Hamilton is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in founding and leading multiple companies. Currently, Hayden serves as the Founder and CEO of Bright Light Ventures since September 2007 and co-founded Sphere, a business management platform for real estate professionals, in April 2016. This platform enhances productivity by replacing traditional management tools and has proven to increase sales by 20% within the first year for users. In addition to these roles, Hayden founded several other companies including ProgressiveRx, GreenPrint Technologies LLC, Zafirro, Rainy Day, Incendiary, and Progressive Health Worldwide. Earlier in the career, Hayden worked as an Associate at Global Business Network and as an Innovation Manager at Ford Motor Company. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of Oxford and a B.A. in Politics & Economics from Pitzer College.
