Sarah Alvarado

Sarah Alvarado serves as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Sphere Entertainment Co., overseeing recruitment for both the Burbank Studio and Corporate roles at the Vegas Venue, covering a wide range of positions including Art, Design, and Studio Leadership. Previously, as the Director of People Acquisition at MSG Sphere Studios, Sarah contributed to live entertainment experiences, and prior to that, held senior positions at Lucasfilm, where responsibilities included managing recruitment for ILM's global studios and leading the full cycle employment process as Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and Lead Recruiter. Sarah holds a BS in Industrial Psychology from California State University - East Bay.
