Margarita Ginsburg

Margarita Ginsburg has over a decade of work experience in various roles related to HR and management. Margarita started their career in 2007 at Discover Financial Services, where they worked as a Human Resources professional until 2010. In 2010, they transitioned into a Project Manager role within the Business Management & Administration department until 2014. In 2015, Margarita joined Chairlift, Inc as the Chief People Officer and Director of Customer Success. Since 2018, they have been working at Sphere Software in multiple HR leadership positions, including Director of Global HR and Director of Human Resources for the Americas.

Margarita Ginsburg completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management, with a focus on Human Resources, from DePaul University from 2001 to 2005. Margarita later pursued higher education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Roosevelt University between 2007 and 2009.
