Vladislav Aleksandrov has a diverse work experience in the field of DevOps engineering. Vladislav started their career in 2015 as a Software Engineer at ОАО «Радиотехнический институт имени академика А.Л. Минца» before transitioning into the DevOps field.
At Positive Technologies, they served as a DevOps Engineer from March 2016 to April 2018. During this time, they were responsible for creating CI/CD processes using TeamCity as the CI/CD server. Vladislav also developed automation scripts for building, testing, deploying, and promoting products using Python and Bash. Additionally, they worked on developing local tools for managing dependencies.
From April 2018 to April 2019, Vladislav joined EPAM Systems as a DevOps Engineer. Here, they focused on creating CI/CD processes for developers and QA teams using Bamboo. Vladislav also handled the setup and management of environments on AWS, utilizing tools such as Python, Ansible, Packer, Terraform, and AWS CLI.
In 2019, Vladislav moved to JustControl.it, where they took on the role of DevOps TeamLead. Vladislav was responsible for various aspects of DevOps, including architecting and developing infrastructure, developing CI/CD solutions, monitoring infrastructure and products, and collecting logs from environments. Vladislav also managed a small DevOps team consisting of two people.
Currently, Vladislav is working as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Sphere Partners since February 2022. Vladislav'swork primarily involves working with various technologies such as AWS (EC2, EKS, S3, CloudFront, IAM, VPC, Route53, CloudWatch), Terraform, CDK Terraform on Python (CDKTF), Docker, Docker Compose, AWS CodeBuild, Azure Pipelines, Python, bash, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Vladislav Aleksandrov pursued their education at ITMO University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Security from 2011 to 2015. Following their undergraduate studies, they continued their academic journey at the same university and graduated with a Master's degree in Information Security from 2015 to 2017.
