Eduardo Guzman

Eduardo Guzman has been working in the IT industry since 2003. Eduardo began as an IT MIS/Help Desk Technician at Abbott Pharmaceuticals/PC Tech. In 2006, they moved to TRIPLE S Advantage as a System Engineer, where they were the first to hold the newly created post to oversee all IT infrastructure projects. In 2015, they joined Produban US as a Security Analyst, where they were responsible for planning and following up on vulnerability and patch remediation plans. That same year, they also became an Infrastructure & Security Analyst at TriServe Tech, where they managed projects, maintained network security, and administered virtual servers. In 2017, they joined Santander US as a Cyber-Lead Business Consultant InfoSec Manager, and in 2021, they began working as a Senior Security Analyst at SPHERE Technology Solutions.

Eduardo Guzman's education history includes a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Information Technology from Strayer University, which they completed in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnics University of Puerto Rico in 2012, and an Associate Degree in Engineering Technology in Electronics from Tecnologico de Manati in 2005. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Agile Requirements Foundations and Business Analysis Foundations from LinkedIn in 2021, ITIL® Foundation certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2016, A+ Core Hardware & Operating System Technologies from CompTIA, Enterasys from Enterasys Networks, and Network + from CompTIA.
