Diana Pincus has over 13 years of experience in operations and product development. Diana began their career in 2006 as a Plant Superintendent at International Paper, where they wrote the Operators Manual for the printing presses and trained and certified all employees. In 2007, they joined Evergreen Packaging as a Business Process Engineer & Capital Manager, where they prevented a major customer from removing all business from one facility by implementing quality control systems and catching defects internally. In 2012, they joined MakerBot as Vice President of Operations, where they were responsible for production execution teams. In 2016, they joined littleBits as Vice President, Operations & Product Development, where they were responsible for Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Compliance, Mechanical Engineering and Business Systems. In 2019, littleBits was acquired by Sphero, and Pincus assumed leadership of all former litlteBits teams and responsibility for the integration. Diana is currently Chief Operating Officer and Vice President Operations at Sphero.
Diana Pincus obtained their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University, College of Engineering between 2001 and 2005. In April 2021, they also obtained the Venture Deals Spring 2021 certification from NovoEd.
