Tom Keating has extensive experience in customer success and business analytics, currently serving as a Customer Success Advocate and Customer Experience and Training Consultant at Spider Strategies since July 2017. Prior to this role, Tom worked at IBM as a Business Analytics Sales Solution Architect from April 2011 to July 2017. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and Sociology from the University of Notre Dame, which was completed between 1985 and 1989.
