Tobias Blattmann has a long history of experience in strategy and business development, primarily within the information and communication services industry. Currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer at SPIE Information & Communication Services GmbH, Tobias has held various leadership roles within SPIE Deutschland & Zentraleuropa, SPIE COMNET GmbH, and COMNET Hanse GmbH. Prior to their time at SPIE, Tobias worked as a Commissioning / Service Technical Expert at Siemens, specializing in communication systems and private and public networks.
