Alexandre Dufresne

Alexandre Dufresne has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries and roles. Alexandre started their career as a tax attorney and former CEO/managing partner at Spiegel Sohmer Inc., where they became the youngest managing partner in the country. Alexandre was recognized as one of the top 40 under 40 and has been named Best Lawyer since 2011. In 2017, Alexandre founded Counsl Inc. and later co-founded Lia 27 Inc. in 2020 and Grosvenor CPC I Inc. (SPAC) in 2021. Additionally, they have also had involvement in the motorsport industry as the owner and advisor to the FAZZT Race Team, which competed in the IndyCar Series with their driver, Alex Tagliani.
