Frank has his B.A. in Education from Lincoln University and a Masters in Education from Arcadia University. He has over 26 years of experience in the field of Intellectual Disabilities and 20 of those years are with SPIN. Frank’s career started in 1986 as a Direct Support Professional during his summer break from teaching. This experience helped to mold his professional career in the field of Intellectual Disabilities. Since 1991, Frank worked as a Residential Supervisor until 1996 when he became a Residential Manager. In 2002, Frank was given the opportunity as the Director of Residential Services and then as Regional Director for the transition of EMAN to SPIN in July, 2009. In September, 2010, Frank was promoted to the position of Corporate Officer at SPIN.
