Lucas Cescon

Lucas Cescon has a significant amount of experience in the field of Human Resources and has held various roles throughout their career. Lucas currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources Operations and Service Delivery at Spin Master, starting in September 2022. Before that, they worked at TD Bank, where they held the positions of Associate Vice President of Human Resources, Senior Manager of Organization Effectiveness Governance, and Senior Manager of Total Value Advisory (Compensation). Prior to their time at TD, they were an Associate Director of Total Rewards at LoyaltyOne. Lucas also has experience at Deloitte as a Senior Manager and Manager of Compensation, at Hewitt Associates as a Reporting Consultant, at Exult as a Reporting Consultant, and at Bank of Montreal as an Analyst in Workforce Analytics.

Lucas Cescon completed their Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Engineering Science at the University of Toronto from 1999 to 2003.
