Kylie Jackson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kylie is currently working as a People and Culture Coach at Spinach Ventures since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant in People and Culture at Spinach Ventures from November 2018 until September 2021.
Before joining Spinach Ventures, Kylie served as a Human Resources Project Manager at Northside Community Service from April 2018 to November 2018.
Kylie also gained expertise in the field of People and Culture as a Consultant at Left Field Sports Solutions from February 2016 to April 2018.
In their earlier career, Kylie was associated with Nine Entertainment Co. where they held two roles. Kylie initially worked as a Senior Human Resources Advisor from July 2008 to July 2011, and later as a Human Resources Manager from February 2011 to November 2014.
Prior to joining Nine Entertainment Co., they worked as a Human Resources Advisor at PBL Media from October 2006 to June 2008.
Kylie started their career as an HR Assistant at CCH Australia in March 2005 and later transitioned to the role of HR Officer from December 2005 to October 2006.
Throughout their career, Kylie has gained extensive experience in various aspects of people management and has proven their expertise in the field of People and Culture.
Kylie Jackson obtained their Bachelor of Business degree in Business Management and Human Resource Management from Charles Sturt University. Kylie completed their degree between 1997 and 2000. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications. In October 2019, they received Hogan Certification from Peter Berry Consultancy. In October 2020, they obtained the Coaching Genius certification from The Coaching Room, as well as the NLP Practitioner certification. Furthermore, in October 2021, they obtained the Coach, Coach Mentoring & Supervision certification from The Coaching Room, as well as the Hogan Team Report Certification from Peter Berry Consultancy.
