Lubna Aslam

Lubna Aslam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and operational leadership within the disability support sector. Currently serving as the Senior Manager for Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility at Diabetes Canada since July 2023, Lubna has previously contributed over nine years to Spinal Cord Injury Ontario in various roles, including Peer Program Manager, where effective leadership was demonstrated by managing a substantial team and achieving a 96% client satisfaction rate.
