Richard McCallum

Richard McCallum is an experienced employment and recruitment specialist with a focus on aiding individuals with disabilities. Currently serving as the Lead Employment and Recruitment Specialist and Job Coach at Spinal Cord Injury Ontario since June 2008, Richard connects businesses in the Toronto area with job seekers who have physical disabilities or visual impairments, providing services funded by the Ontario Government. Previously, Richard worked as a Job Coach and Job Developer at Corbrook Awakening Abilities from May 2000 to June 2008, where assistance was given to job seekers with cognitive disabilities, physical disabilities, or mental health concerns, facilitating their entry and retention in various employment sectors. Richard holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Geography from the University of Toronto, earned between 1981 and 1985.
