Steven Pal

Steven Pal has over 40 years of experience in the life science industry. Steven began their career in 1981 as a Sales and Marketing employee at Warner Lambert. Steven then moved up to become the Group Manager at Parke-Davis Canada, Region Director Pharm/Consumer Healthcare Marketing SEA, Vice President Pharmaceuticals Marketing LA/A/ME/A, and Region President Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia. In 2000, they became the Corporate Vice President Global Strategic Marketing, Global Health Outcomes Research and Strategy at Allergan Pharmaceuticals. Steven also held the Senior Vice President U.S. Botox, Neurology and Dermatology role, where they managed Botox and dermatological products, and was responsible for the launch of Botox Cosmetic and Botox Neurological. In 2014, they began providing consulting services to the life science industry through their own private practice and PDC Transaction Partners, LLC. In 2015, they became the Chairman Of The Board at Mission Hospital. In 2020, they joined SpineOvations, Inc. as a Director Board Of Directors.

Steven Pal attended McGill University from 1976 to 1979, where they earned a BSc in Physiology. Steven then returned to McGill University from 1979 to 1981, earning an MBA in Marketing.
