Michael Roland

Michael Roland has worked in a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2002. Michael began their career as an Electronics and Instrumentation Technician at Marathon Pipeline in 2002. In 2004, they moved to ASML US Inc as a Customer Support Engineer, where they coordinated capital equipment installation projects and served as a company/account liaison. In 2009, they joined Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc as a Field Service Engineer, travelling to remote customer sites to perform service interventions on commercial laboratory equipment. In 2011, they became an Account Manager at STATS ChipPAC Ltd., responsible for client relationship, revenue management and all aspects of sales operations for several European based customers. In 2014, they transitioned to Apptitude SA as a Digital Project Manager, introducing business process, refining service offering and sales strategy. In 2017, they moved to Uhura Creative Media GmbH as a Senior Project Manager, optimizing end-to-end business process and creating project plans, budgets and managing projects from kick-off to delivery. In 2018, they joined MING Labs as General Manager Germany, with full accountability for the leadership, sales, operations, recruitment and team development of the Berlin and Munich offices. Currently, they are a Product Manager at SpinetiX.

Michael Roland attended DeVry University from 2000 to 2003, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering Technology.
