Craig Hannon

Craig Hannon has over 20 years of professional experience in the fields of engineering, analytics, and risk management. Craig began their career in 1995 as a Mechanical Engineer for Robitech, followed by a similar role at QC Optics from 1997-2002. In 2002, they joined Capital One as a Manager of Brand Analytics and a Senior Operations Analyst in the Strategic Infrastructure group. In 2007, they moved to Genworth Financial as an Operations Team Leader in Annuities Operations and Contact Center Analysis. Craig then returned to Capital One in 2011 as a Business Process Improvement Manager before becoming the Senior Manager of Commercial Bank Specialty Lending Risk Analytics in 2014. In 2018, they joined Spinnaker Consulting Group LLC as a Director and Consultant.

Craig Hannon received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University in 1994. Craig then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School in 2002.
