Mollie Nycum-Duvnjak

Mollie Nycum-Duvnjak has extensive work experience in legal and leadership roles. Mollie is currently working as the VP Legal at Spinnaker Support since 2023. Prior to that, they were a Member at Chief, a private network aimed at empowering women in positions of power, from 2022 to 2023. Mollie also served as the General Counsel and Head of People at Biarri Networks from 2022 to 2022 and as the VP of Contracts and Commercial from 2019 to 2022. Mollie has worked as a Corporate Counsel at Canonical Ltd. from 2019 to 2019 and at TIBCO from 2017 to 2019. Before joining TIBCO, Mollie worked at Fast Enterprises, LLC as a Legal Counsel from 2014 to 2017, where they handled various legal matters, including contract negotiations, dispute resolution, litigation management, and compliance. Mollie has also worked as a Contracts Negotiator at Parker Hannifin from 2011 to 2014 and as a Lead Engineer at Clyde Union Pumps from 2007 to 2011. Mollie started their career as a Process Engineer at Pilkington in 2006.

Mollie Nycum-Duvnjak holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ferris State University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006. Mollie then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the same university from 2006 to 2008. Later, they attended Cooley Law School and completed their Doctor of Law (JD) degree from 2011 to 2013.
