Tuomas Oijala

Tuomas Oijala currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of SPINNOVA® since December 2023. Prior experience includes a 15-year tenure at KONE, where Oijala held multiple senior positions including Senior Vice President of New Building Solutions, Head of Volume Elevator Business, and Managing Director of KONE Denmark. Oijala also contributed as a Board Member and Chairman of aTalent Recruiting from March 2009 to March 2013, and served as Chief Executive Officer of Prodeko Recruiting Oy from June 2007 to June 2008. Early career involvement includes roles as Research Assistant at Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan and various positions at NASA Ames Research Center. Oijala holds a Master of Science in Engineering with a focus on Industrial Engineering and Management from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan and is currently enrolled in the KONE Winning with Customers program at IMD.
