Benji Fitts has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their most recent role as the Director of Client Insights at SPINS since 2019. In this role, they have led a team of senior analysts and consulting managers, helping client brands unlock business insights and increase sales and distribution. Prior to this, Benji worked as a Senior Manager, leading and developing two successful professional services programs. Benji also served as a Client Insights Manager, where they led a team and ran the Jump Start consulting program, serving numerous clients and generating significant revenue. Before joining SPINS, Benji worked at Whole Foods Market, initially as a Marketing Team Leader, then as a Metro Marketing Team Leader, and later as a Marketing Project Manager. In these roles, they were involved in various marketing and community engagement initiatives, overseeing events, partnerships, and marketing operations. Benji's earliest experience was as the Marketing Director at Twin Oaks Community Foods from 2009 to 2012.
Benji Fitts earned a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies/Affairs from Virginia Commonwealth University, completing their studies from 2001 to 2005. During the same period, they also obtained a BA in Urban Planning from the same university. In August 2018, Benji obtained a certification in Data Analysis Circuit from General Assembly.
